This policy covers our marketing website, paybeaconhq.com, operated by Dreamfoundry LLC, based in Charlotte, North Carolina, USA. The PayBeacon product, when it launches, will have its own policy.
Only what you send us. If you request early access or email us, we receive your name, email, firm, and message. Our host, Cloudflare, keeps standard server logs. That's it.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics and PostHog to understand how the site is used — which pages people visit, where they came from, and how far they get — so we can improve it. Both are set up privacy-first: no cookies, no cross-site or advertising tracking. PostHog runs in an anonymous mode (no personal profiles), doesn't record your session, and respects Do Not Track. Neither identifies you personally.
The self-check runs entirely in your browser. Your individual answers are never transmitted or stored — we can't see them. We do record your overall score (0–10), anonymously — not linked to your name or email — so we can see in aggregate how exposed firms are. No email required.
No cookies. No cross-site or advertising trackers. We never sell, rent, or share your data for marketing.
To reply to you, arrange early access, and send an occasional product update. Opting out is easy — replying "remove me" works.
Cloudflare hosts the site and provides cookieless analytics. PostHog provides privacy-first, anonymous product analytics. Google Workspace handles our email. That's the full list.
As long as there's a live conversation or a business reason to keep it. Ask and we'll delete it.
